The Mogen Circumcicion Clamp are amazing Urology Instruments used in male circumcision procedures. It was designed by Rabbi Harry Bronstein in 1954. Using a Mogen clamp, the foreskin is pulled over the tip of the penis, and the clamp is placed over the remaining foreskin. They have a special locking mechanism that squeezes the foreskin which helps in stop bleeding. A sharp blade is used to gently remove the excess skin while keeping the clamp closed for 90 seconds helps prevent bleeding.
