Our Mission

To manufacture surgical instruments that meet the technical and regulatory requirements of international medical devices with consistent quality, and dependable delivery.

The Surgical Instrument Industry

Why Sialkot?

Sialkot has manufactured surgical instruments since the 1890s, when British colonial surgeons needed local repairs for their tools. Blacksmiths learned to forge scalpels and forceps and that skill passed through the generations.

Today, Sialkot produces roughly 20% of the world's surgical instruments. The city has over 300+ manufacturers, shared raw material suppliers, specialized toolmakers, and workers trained specifically in medical grade metalwork.

What We Manufacture

We specialize in OEM and custom manufacturing of surgical instruments like surgical scissors, forceps, needle holders, retractors, clamps etc. We produce as per your technical drawings, samples, or specifications.

All instruments are forged from certified surgical-grade stainless steel (AISI 420 or 440C) sourced from German, Japanese, or Pakistani mills.

Who We Work With

Our business model is built around long-term partnerships with:

  • Medical device brands in Europe, North America, and Asia who need a manufacturing partner for their product lines
  • Private-label distributors who sell instruments under their own brand name
  • Surgical instrument importers who require custom specifications or modifications to standard designs
  • Medical equipment companies expanding their catalog with surgical instruments

Our Approach to OEM Manufacturing

Private Label Production

Our facility is structured for OEM work handling everything from initial sampling to full production runs.

Technical Specifications

Our team follows supplied CAD files, technical drawings, or physical samples. We’re able to interpret dimensional tolerances, surface finish needs, and material specifications for custom-made production.

Flexible Production Volumes

Our production run ranges from initial sampling quantities to ongoing orders of several thousand pieces. We can accommodate both new product launches and established product lines.

Quality Assurance

Each production stage is monitored through defined quality control procedures. Material verification, dimensional checks, and final inspections help ensure consistency with technical specifications.
