About Pak Tools
We are an OEM surgical instrument manufacturer. We supply medical brands, distributors, and private-label partners who need a reliable production partner for custom surgical instruments.
Our Mission
To manufacture surgical instruments that meet the technical and regulatory requirements of international medical devices with consistent quality, and dependable delivery.
The Surgical Instrument Industry
Why Sialkot?
Sialkot has manufactured surgical instruments since the 1890s, when British colonial surgeons needed local repairs for their tools. Blacksmiths learned to forge scalpels and forceps and that skill passed through the generations.
Today, Sialkot produces roughly 20% of the world's surgical instruments. The city has over 300+ manufacturers, shared raw material suppliers, specialized toolmakers, and workers trained specifically in medical grade metalwork.
What We Manufacture
We specialize in OEM and custom manufacturing of surgical instruments like surgical scissors, forceps, needle holders, retractors, clamps etc. We produce as per your technical drawings, samples, or specifications.
All instruments are forged from certified surgical-grade stainless steel (AISI 420 or 440C) sourced from German, Japanese, or Pakistani mills.

Our business model is built around long-term partnerships with:

- • Private-label distributors who sell instruments under their own brand name
